Cleanweb Hackathon Houston was a resounding success, with 7 functional software applications built and demonstrated over the course of the weekend! We were very excited to engage the local community, with extensive data provided by both Houston METRO and the Shell Center for Sustainability, and significant progress by several of our teams in exploring the application of this data. In addition to transit and community data issues, the teams hacked on challenges in energy, waste, and air quality. The creativity and passion of our hackers was energizing for all of us!
